Sending Computer Files

can accept computer-generated documents sent directly to us from your browser,
as an e-mail attachment, or on a 1.44-Mb diskette or Zip-drive disk.
We support most word-processing programs. It is important that you give the
name and version number of your word-processing program, and also the operating system or platform (e.g. Windows 98 or Mac).
We alter your document, highlighting our suggested changes. The nature of this highlighting will depend on the word processing
program which you originally used to compose the document.
Our use of background highlighting or coloured text will be explained clearly when we return the work. See the examples page.
Files are usually returned in the way by which the document was received.
They will be accompanied by extra comments on your manuscript.
